The devices available in the CONSTEEL Electronics offer often require specialist knowledge on the interfaces and industrial protocols associated with their installation. Our experience in control and industrial communication installations allows us to conduct specialized training and presentations, mainly in the field that includes devices available in our offer, including:

In order to prepare the training, the necessary requirement is to accurately describe the project and provide the equipment necessary to complete the system and carry out the given presentation. After receiving the complete set of information and all the necessary equipment from the customer, we inform you about the possible upcoming training - depending on the complexity of the technical problem, usually no longer than within 7-14 days.
We make the initial valuation of the training at the first stage of verification of the technical description provided by the client. In the price of the training, you receive the appropriate instruction with the technical description of the project and, on special request, an instructional video.
Sample scope of technical training in the installation of M-Bus/Modbus converters
The client's project assumes reading 10 specific registers from meters using the M-Bus protocol for communication (type: Heat meter Elf with AT-MBUS overlay) and conversion of all variables through the HD67044-B2-20 converter for reading to the controller using the Modbus TCP protocol. We make the initial valuation of the training at this stage and present it to the client. If we obtain acceptance, the customer next provides us with the devices required to conduct the presentation, i.e. the heat meter, converter and controller. After receiving the equipment, preparation of the training content and relevant documentation, we inform the client about possible training dates, which takes place at our headquarters at ul. Kielecka 5 in Gdynia (or remotely). The training takes place in the previously planned configuration and the appropriate formula. After the training, we answer additional training questions (if any) to fully exhaust the topic.
