INKNXDAL0640300 is a high-performance Intesis DALI-2 to KNX TP PRO Gateway designed for lighting integration between DALI-2 networks and KNX TP systems. The device acts as a DALI-2 multi-master controller, enabling full control and monitoring of ECG devices, groups and broadcast functions. It supports standard ON/OFF and dimming commands as well as RGBW color control, tunable-white and emergency-lighting features compliant with EN 62386-202. Certified for both DALI-2 and KNX, the gateway ensures seamless interoperability in professional building-automation projects and multi-master operation.

The gateway supports up to 64 DALI electronic control gear (ECG) and 8 DALI-2 sensors, which can be controlled individually or grouped into 16 DALI groups. A built-in 15 V DC DALI bus power supply eliminates the need for an external supply for luminaires. The gateway supports Human-Centric Lighting (HCL) concepts such as dynamic white-temperature control, HSV color adjustment and x/y color-space settings. It also keeps operating-time logs and detects DALI bus errors to enhance maintenance and system reliability. These capabilities make it suitable for modern energy-efficient and human-focused lighting installations.

Configuration can be performed directly on the device (via buttons and LEDs), through ETS +DCA, or via the embedded web interface. The gateway supports KNX Data Secure, ensuring encrypted and authenticated communication within the KNX network. It also offers MQTT / IoT integration, allowing connection with cloud platforms and smart-building management systems. Additional features include support for physical and virtual input devices such as motion sensors, light sensors and wall push-buttons for advanced automation scenarios. All parameters can be easily backed up and restored through the Intesis web configuration tool.

The gateway is housed in a robust PC enclosure (72 × 90 × 58 mm, 157 g net weight) and is suitable for DIN EN60715 TH35 or wall mounting. It operates with a wide-range power supply of 100–240 V AC/DC, 50/60 Hz, with a maximum power consumption of 8 W. Galvanic isolation of 4 – 5.3 kV between KNX, DALI and supply circuits ensures safe and reliable operation in commercial and industrial environments.
