Device rental for testing
At the special request of business customers, we offer free rental of devices available in our warehouse for testing purposes.
What equipment can be rented?
Equipment available in the testing programme is marked on our website with the label ‘Test for Free’. Please contact us to confirm current availability and determine the model or set of equipment required for testing.
The rental process – step by step:
1. Requesting equipment:
To start the process, please contact our Sales Department (e.g. by email at: sklep@consteel-electronics.com). In your request, please provide:
- The exact model or set of devices you want to test. If you are not sure which device best suits your needs, we will be happy to help you choose.
- Company details (name, address, tax identification number).
- Contact details of the person responsible for the rental on behalf of the company.
2. Loan agreement:
Based on the information provided, our Sales Department will prepare a loan agreement. This is a document specifying the terms and conditions of testing. In order to rent the device, it is necessary for both parties to sign this agreement.
3. Test period and transport:
The standard test period for devices is 7 days from the date of receipt. In justified cases (e.g. complexity of the project), this period may be extended to 14 days after prior agreement and inclusion in the agreement. The rental period is always specified in detail in the loan agreement.
The costs of transporting the equipment to the customer and returning it after testing are covered by the user.
What happens after the tests are completed?
After the trial period has expired, the equipment must be returned. If the equipment has met your expectations and you wish to keep it, simply pay the VAT invoice, which we will issue based on the previously agreed terms. If you are not interested in purchasing the equipment, simply return it in accordance with the agreement.
