Delivery time
ATTENTION! The delivery time of the product is indicative and may be extended in exceptional circumstances.
The total delivery time of the goods consists of the time of transportation of the courier/carrier and the time of order fulfillment by the store operator. Delivery time in our e-shop is given in working days.
Shipping time by courier/carrier
Parcels are delivered on working days from Monday to Friday. Shipping time in Poland is 1-2 working days from the date of shipment (the vast majority of parcels arrive within 1 working day). Shipping time outside Poland is 2-5 working days from the date of shipment.
Delivery time by the store operator
The delivery time of the shop operator is the time counted from the time of acceptance of the order until the delivery of the ordered products to the courier/carrier. This time is dependent on the availability of the product and the form of payment selected. For products available in the warehouse, the fastest form of order fulfillment is payment for collection and deferred payment (after granting the merchant credit), but in the case of pre-payment on the basis of pro forma invoice, we start the order only after the payment from the customer.
The order fulfillment of the order by the store operator for the products available in the warehouse is:
Orders accepted until 12.00 - parcel leaves the warehouse on the same day
Orders accepted after 12.00 - parcel leaves the warehouse on the next day
The order fulfillment time by the store operator for products not available in the warehouse is agreed and confirmed with the customer by e-mail before the commencement of the order.
