1. General

All prices of products visible in the store are shown as net prices.

CONSTEEL Electronics runs only B2B sales. In order for the order to be accepted, the buyer must provide correct data for the order: company name, address, NIP, person responsible for the order.

All payment information, including the relevant PLN, USD and EUR account numbers (depending on the chosen payment currency), are included in the e-mail order confirmation sent by the shop operator from the e-mail address: Possible forms of payment:

  • online payment via Dotpay, card payment (VISA, MasterCard)
  • prepayment based on proforma invoice
  • cash on delivery (maximum order value 150 €)
  • credit granted at the individual request of the customer, which exceeded the value of completed orders of 5,000 € net per year, the store operator reserves the right to refuse the application for a loan without giving a reason

4. Shipping costs and personal collection - detailed instructions

Shipping costs by courier DHL / UPS

➢ in Poland

Regardless of the quantity of ordered products, their weight and the size of the package, the cost of shipping goods in Poland is 4.65 € net (about 20.00 PLN net *).

➢ in Europe

For parcels weighing up to 10.00 kg, the cost of shipping goods in Europe is 30.00 € net (about 125.00 PLN net). For parcels above 10.00 kg, the shipping costs are calculated individually.

➢ other countries

The costs of shipping goods outside of Europe are each time counted individually.

➢ free delivery

Free delivery is valid only in Poland for products marked with the term "Free delivery".

Personal collection

After the order has been paid for in advance, it is possible to collect the ordered goods in our branch in Gdynia, Władysława IV 43 street. Currently, it is not possible to purchase the goods on the spot, it is only the point of order collection.

5. Warranty

All products offered in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the warranty period of each device is specified in the product sheet, in the "Specification" tab, the "Manufacturer's Guarantee" parameter. The warranty period begins when the customer receives the goods. At the individual request of the customer, it is possible to extend the warranty period for selected products at an additional charge.

If the device under warranty, in the course of its intended use is damaged or stops working, the customer may submit a service request.

Situations excluding the acceptance of a service request:

  • purchase documents have been changed or have become illegible
  • model and / or serial number (if available) have been changed, removed or obliterated
  • repairs and modifications have been made without consultation and acceptance with our service department
  • the product is used contrary to its intended use
  • the damage is caused by improper use of the product or the working conditions (storage) are not consistent with the recommendations
  • damages caused by improper connection of devices, additional devices or accessories other than those recommended by the shop operator
  • the damage was caused by external forces (including lightning, fire, natural disaster)
  • the product is faulty due to the deterioration of the quality of components that are subject to natural wear or damage to parts subject to natural scratching
  • the defect was caused by an accident, falling of the product and mechanical damage caused intentionally by the user
  • other cases are determined individually at the customer service request. We always try to solve applications in accordance with good ethics and standards in the field of trade transactions.

6. Returns

CONSTEEL Electronics accepts returns up to 14 days counting from the moment the customer receives the goods, in the following cases:

  • the product was damaged upon delivery
  • the customer received the goods not matching the order

First of all, we replace defective devices with a new one, in agreement with the customer, we exchange them for other products available in our offer.
