Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the operation of the online store available at: https://consteel-electronics.com, operated by CONSTEEL Electronics sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office in Sopot at ul. Rzemieślnicza 17/19, NIP (Tax ID): 5862321609, REGON: 368059985, KRS: 0000691687. Before placing an order, please read the sales terms; placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. General
The CONSTEEL Electronics store sells exclusively B2B. For an order to be accepted, the buyer must provide valid order details, including: company name, address, Tax ID (NIP), and the person responsible for the order. All product prices displayed in the store are net amounts.
2. Orders
Orders in our store can be placed via:
- the online store by registering a user account and providing the data necessary to process the order
- e-mail, to: sklep@consteel-electronics.com
3. Payments - available methods
All payment information, including the appropriate PLN, USD and EUR bank account numbers (depending on the selected payment currency), is included in the order confirmation e-mail sent by the store operator from: sklep@consteel-electronics.com. Available payment methods:
- online payment via PayU, card payment (VISA, MasterCard), BLIK
- prepayment based on a pro forma invoice
- cash on delivery (maximum order value €150)
- credit granted upon an individual request of a client who has exceeded €5,000 net in orders annually; the store operator reserves the right to reject a credit request without stating a reason
4. Shipping costs and personal pickup - detailed instructions
Shipping costs by DHL/UPS courier:
- within Poland
Regardless of the number of products, their weight, or parcel size, the shipping cost within Poland is €4.65 net (approx. PLN 20.00 net*).
- within Europe
For parcels weighing up to 10.00 kg, the shipping cost within Europe is €30.00 net (approx. PLN 125.00 net). For parcels over 3.00 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually.
- other countries
Shipping costs outside Europe are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Personal pickup
After prior payment, personal pickup of the ordered goods is possible at our branch in Sopot, ul. Rzemieślnicza 17/19. On-site purchases are not available; this is a pickup point only.
5. Warranty and service
All products offered in the store are covered by a warranty. The warranty period for each device is specified on the product page, in the “Specification” tab, under “Manufacturer’s warranty”. The warranty period starts upon receipt of the goods by the client. Upon the client’s individual request, it is possible to extend the warranty period for selected products for an additional fee.
If a device under warranty is damaged or stops working during use in accordance with its intended purpose, the client may submit a service request.
Situations excluding acceptance of a service request:
- purchase documents have been altered or become illegible
- the model and/or serial number (if available) has been altered, removed, or erased
- repairs and modifications were made without consultation and approval of the store operator
- the product is used contrary to its intended purpose
- damage is caused by improper use of the product or storage/operating conditions not in line with recommendations
- damage caused by improper connection of devices, additional equipment, or accessories other than those recommended by the store operator
- damage caused by external forces (including lightning, fire, natural disaster)
- the product is defective due to the deterioration of components subject to normal wear or of parts subject to natural scratching
- the defect arose as a result of an accident, product drop, or mechanical damage intentionally caused by the user
- other cases are determined individually based on the client’s service request. We always strive to resolve requests in accordance with good ethics and trade standards
The review of a service request should not take longer than 14 days from the date the device is accepted for service. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to extend the service time. To receive an individual ticket number, please fill out the request: RETURNS
6. Complaints
A complaint regarding a product purchased in the online store https://consteel-electronics.com may be submitted via the electronic form: COMPLAINTS
In the complaint, it is recommended to provide information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect/non-conformity with the contract, as well as the complainant’s contact details — this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint.
The operator will respond to the client’s complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt; in exceptional situations, we reserve the right to extend the response time.
Products under complaint must be sent to: CONSTEEL Electronics Sp. z o.o. sp. k., 81-855 Sopot, ul. Rzemieślnicza 17/19.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date the complaint is positively resolved.
7. Returns
CONSTEEL Electronics accepts returns within 14 days from the date the goods are received by the client, in the following cases:
- the product was damaged upon delivery
- the client received goods not in accordance with the order
As a priority, we replace defective devices with new ones or, in agreement with the client, exchange them for other items available in our offer.

Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date the return is received and positively verified.
