The device supports up to 64 DALI devices – ballasts, drivers, sensors, and control units – enabling complete monitoring and control of lighting from BMS, SCADA or PLC systems. The built-in DALI power supply (15 VDC, 250 mA) eliminates the need for external bus power, simplifying wiring and reducing installation costs. This gateway provides bidirectional communication for control, monitoring and diagnostics of DALI-2 devices directly through building automation networks.
The IN703DAL0640000 gateway supports both Modbus TCP/RTU and BACnet/IP/MS-TP protocols, offering flexibility for different project requirements. Through the late configuration mode, the desired protocol can be selected during commissioning, allowing one product to serve multiple integration scenarios. Operating as a server on the Modbus or BACnet side, the gateway supports up to 5 simultaneous TCP connections for stable communication with multiple supervisory systems.
