The INMBSPAN128O000 IntesisBox gateway has been specifically developed to enable seamless bi-directional communication between Panasonic VRF systems (ECOi, ECOg, and PACi series) and any Modbus-based building automation system, such as BMS, SCADA, or PLCs. Using the Panasonic CZ-CFUNC2 adaptor, the gateway connects directly to the outdoor unit’s communication bus.
It allows control and monitoring of up to 128 indoor units, giving users access not only to basic functionalities like power ON/OFF, temperature, mode, or fan speed but also to internal system variables such as operational status, energy parameters, and error codes from outdoor units. This makes it a powerful tool for advanced HVAC integration into smart buildings.
The gateway is configured through Intesis MAPS, a versatile and robust configuration software. It includes a scanning function that automatically detects all available indoor units in the system, significantly reducing commissioning time. Thanks to advanced diagnostics, integrators can detect and solve communication issues quickly, ensuring reliable operation and easier maintenance.
Supporting both Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP protocols, this device offers high flexibility for integration into any type of automation network.
