Multi-conductor cables with insulation and rubber coating, for mobile and portable receivers.

Intended for general use in home rooms, kitchens, offices and to power equipment where cables are exposed to small mechanical stresses (eg vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances, soldering irons, toasters) and as connection cables for garden equipment.

Construction:

• Veins: Flexible copper class 5 according to PN-EN 60228, tinned or bare wires
• Insulation: Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) type EI4 according to EN 50363-1
• Coating: Synthetic thermosetting compound type EM2 according to EN 50363-2-1
• Core identification (according to PN-HD 308 S2):
• 2-wire: blue, brown
• 3-wire: green-yellow, blue, brown
• 4-wire: green-yellow, brown, black, gray

Characteristic:

• Explanation of symbols: H05RN-F - Conductor made according to harmonized standard (H), for 300 / 500V (05) voltage, with rubber insulation (R) and synthetic thermosetting layer of non-spreading flame (N) with flexible conductors (F)
• Maximum temperature of the conductor during cable operation: +90°C
• The minimum ambient temperature for laying cables: -25°C
• Maximum core temperature during short circuit: +250°C
• Maximum permissible load: 15 N per mm² of copper cross-section
• Test voltage testing: 2000V
• The minimum bending radius:
• Composed permanently: 3 x D
• Connected to a portable or mobile device - Cable not mechanically loaded: 4 x D
• With a permissible mechanical load: 6 x D

• Standard packaging: In reels of 50 or 100 m and on drums of 500 or 1000 m. It is possible to offer other lengths of sections and types of packaging
