Halogen free electrical ship cables of medium voltage with low smoke emission, one and three-core. Compliant with IEC 60092-354.

Construction:

  • Conductors: Bare copper conductor, round, stranded and compacted Class 2 acc. to BS EN 60228
  • Insulation:
    • extruded semi-conducting conductor screen
    • insulation XLPE, dry cured
    • extruded semi-conducting insulation screen, fully bonded
  • Screen:
    • semi-conducting tape
    • metallic screen, double bare copper tapes over each core
  • Forming: Assembly of cores with central filler (only for three-core cables)
  • Inner covering: Halogen free compound
  • Separator: Separating tape – optionally
  • Armour (overall screen): Bare copper braid
  • Outer Sheath: Halogen free compound type SHF 1
  • Colour of sheath: Red
