INKNXMIT001I000 is an Intesis communication interface designed to integrate Mitsubishi Electric Domestic and Mr.Slim Air Conditioners with KNX building automation. It provides full bi-directional monitoring and control of HVAC operating parameters, so air conditioning can be embedded into the building logic (scenes, schedules, operating modes, sensor-based control, and visualization).
The module is wired directly to an indoor unit, ensuring stable data exchange and fast response to commands coming from KNX. On the automation side, you gain convenient control of key HVAC functions such as operating mode, fan speed, and temperature setpoint, while also being able to monitor errors, alarms and selected internal variables useful for diagnostics and maintenance.
Integration is configured in ETS—after importing the product database, objects can be quickly mapped to group addresses and the AC behaviour can be tailored to project requirements. Thanks to support for a wide range of KNX DPT and the fact that the product is KNX certified, the interface works smoothly with KNX devices from different manufacturers (keypads, visualization servers, controllers, sensors, and logic engines).
