BACnet gateway for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries RAC, FD, KX6 and KXR6 air conditioners. 

The INBACMHI001R000 gateway enables full integration of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioners with building management systems based on BACnet IP and BACnet MS/TP. It provides bi-directional communication with indoor units and VRF systems, enabling remote control, monitoring, automation and BMS scene creation. For RAC units, an additional SC-BIKN-E board is required.

Each air conditioning unit is exposed to the BMS as a set of clear, readable BACnet objects. This simplifies integration, scheduling, scenario building and control logic. The model is compatible with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries FD and VRF systems.

Installation, configuration and mounting conditions

The gateway can be mounted on a DIN rail (bracket included) or on a wall. It is intended for installation inside an electrical enclosure. If installed outside an enclosure, ESD protection must be ensured. When installed inside a control cabinet, standard anti-static precautions are recommended.

Configuration is performed via the built-in Web Server, enabling fast setup of BACnet addressing, bus speed and operating parameters. The device supports one indoor unit (Capacity: 1 indoor unit).
