The INWFIUNI001I000 gateway enables control of main air conditioner functions via infrared (IR) commands. Thanks to its built-in IR receiver, it can detect the actual status of the AC unit even when controlled by the manufacturer’s IR remote. Designed for professional HVAC monitoring and control, it connects AC units to the AC Cloud Control system through a local Wi-Fi network.
The device supports Wi-Fi standards b/g/n on the 2.4 GHz band, providing extensive coverage within installations. It uses an optimized IoT communication protocol to ensure reliable and firewall-friendly communication by utilizing only outbound ports, facilitating easy and secure configuration.
Installation is quick and easy with plug-and-play functionality. Configuration is performed via native Android and iOS apps. The device features an auto-learn function that automatically sets the IR remote controller configuration, simplifying setup and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of AC units.
Simultaneous control is possible both via the manufacturer’s IR remote and through the AC Cloud Control app and web interface. This flexibility allows users to maintain traditional control methods while benefiting from modern cloud-based management.
The gateway integrates smoothly with third-party smart home platforms including IFTTT, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Siri Shortcuts, enabling voice control and advanced automation scenarios for enhanced user convenience.
