The HD67931-B2-868MHz-80 is a high-performance industrial gateway designed to integrate MBus networks with MQTT-based IoT platforms. It supports up to 80 wired MBus slaves and up to 32 wireless MBus devices operating at 868 MHz, making it suitable for large-scale energy monitoring and smart metering projects. With its robust design and -40°C to +85°C operating range, it ensures reliable data transmission even in harsh industrial or outdoor environments.

This converter allows seamless data publishing from meters such as Siemens, Kamstrup, Maddalena, Sontex and others directly to an MQTT Server. Thanks to support for TLS/SSL encryption, communication is protected against unauthorized access, meeting modern cybersecurity standards for critical infrastructure. The device’s electrical isolation between Ethernet and MBus further enhances system safety and prevents interference in complex installations.

Configuration is simplified using the free SW67931 software, which provides intuitive parameter setup for MQTT, MBus and MBus Wireless lines. This flexibility enables integrators to tailor data points, update firmware, and adjust communication parameters according to project needs. Thanks to its DIN rail mount housing (type B, wide), the converter can be easily integrated into existing cabinets alongside PLCs, energy monitoring devices, or SCADA systems.
