HD67937-MSTP-B2 allows to publish the data received from BACnet Slaves into a MQTT Server. These gateways allow a fast and easy access to the IoT world and they are compatible with IoT Servers that support MQTT. The MQTT communication can be encrypted using TLS / SSL protocols, ensuring a SECURE and SAFE communication.

The HD67937-MSTP-B2 converter is specifically designed to integrate BACnet MSTP networks with modern IoT platforms using the MQTT protocol. Acting as a BACnet MSTP Master, it collects information from slave devices connected via RS-485, such as HVAC controllers, building sensors, or lighting systems, and publishes this data into an MQTT broker. This enables real-time monitoring, control, and analysis of building automation and industrial processes through cloud applications or SCADA systems.

Thanks to its DIN rail housing type B (wide), the device can be installed easily inside electrical cabinets and industrial enclosures. The unit operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for harsh environments such as manufacturing plants, energy facilities, or outdoor infrastructure. Its wide power supply range of 8…24VAC or 12…35VDC ensures compatibility with different industrial setups, offering flexibility in demanding applications.

The converter supports BACnet MSTP communication speeds of up to 115200 bps over the RS-485 interface. On the MQTT side, the RJ45 Ethernet port provides network connectivity at 10/100 Base-T with autosensing.
