The HD67B42-G43-B2 is a high-performance OPC UA Server to MQTT converter designed for modern industrial, automation and IIoT applications. Built in a compact and robust Housing type B enclosure with DIN rail mounting, screw-type terminal connectors and extended environmental tolerance, it provides secure and efficient communication between OT systems and IoT/cloud platforms. The device acts as a bridge between OPC UA-based infrastructures and MQTT brokers, enabling flexible data distribution, analytics, monitoring and edge connectivity.

The G43 variant enhances the standard HD67B42-B2 model by adding LTE SIM connectivity. Thanks to this feature, the converter is ideal for remote locations, energy distribution systems, outdoor installations, industrial containers or anywhere where Ethernet communication is not guaranteed. LTE connectivity ensures continuous data transmission to MQTT brokers even in the absence of wired infrastructure, significantly improving system reliability.

The unit features two independent Ethernet ports: one dedicated to MQTT communication and the other operating as an OPC UA Server. This separation ensures predictable network behaviour, lower latency and structured integration within complex industrial architectures.

As an OPC UA Server, the HD67B42-G43-B2 exposes process data, diagnostic values, variables, objects and configuration parameters to one or multiple OPC UA Clients.
