Modbus RTU or TCP to BACnet Gateway 3000 points. 

The INBACMBM3K00000 gateway offers seamless integration of Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP slave devices into BACnet IP or BACnet MS/TP-based systems. It supports up to 3000 data points, making it ideal for large-scale industrial automation or building management applications. The gateway complies with the B-AAC BACnet profile and is BTL-certified for interoperability and reliability in professional BACnet environments.

Designed for flexibility, the device allows simultaneous integration of both Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP devices. It can connect energy meters, HVAC controllers, PLCs, lighting systems, or other Modbus-based devices into BACnet infrastructures without the need for extra converters. This reduces network complexity and simplifies commissioning.

The hardware features two serial ports (EIA-485, EIA-232) and one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. Configuration DIP-switches enable easy setup of 120 Ω termination and line polarization, enhancing stability in noisy environments. The device ensures maximum protection with 1500 VDC electrical isolation on communication ports to prevent ground loops and interference.

A flexible power input of 9–36 VDC or 24 VAC supports a wide range of installation scenarios, from control panels to distributed automation networks. Clear LED indicators for power, error states, Ethernet link/speed, and TX/RX activity offer at-a-glance diagnostics. The compact UL 94 V-0 rated plastic housing can be DIN-rail or wall-mounted, optimizing space in control cabinets.
