How the HD67C04-5-G43-E-B2 Works
Working as a Modbus Master, the converter polls data from RS485 devices such as meters, PLCs, HVAC modules and industrial sensors. The collected values are converted into MQTT structures and distributed through the internal MQTT Broker to cloud platforms, IoT dashboards and SCADA systems. It also supports writing MQTT values back to Modbus registers, enabling true bidirectional communication.
The combination of LTE SIM and eSIM provides full redundancy and ensures stable data transfer even when wired connections are unavailable. This makes the device ideal for energy systems, telemetry, remote sites and mobile applications.
