HD67676-IP-A1 is an industrial protocol converter designed to connect a BACnet/IP Master (such as a PC, SCADA, or BMS controller) to a PROFIBUS DP Master (like a Siemens PLC) to enable seamless data exchange. This device operates as a slave on both networks, acting as a communication bridge that maps data between two different automation standards.It is a perfect solution for applications where a building management system must share or retrieve data from industrial automation devices. With the ability to manage up to 2000 BACnet objects (read and write), the converter supports full monitoring and control capabilities across both protocols.Easy configuration via the free SW67676 software simplifies setup even for complex installations. Thanks to its slim DIN-rail housing and robust isolation, the converter is well-suited for compact control cabinets in demanding industrial environments.
Configuration:
With the SW67676 configuration tool you can:
- Set BACnet IP communication parameters
- Set PROFIBUS DP communication parameters
- Define BACnet objects that represent values received from the PROFIBUS Master
- Define BACnet objects that send values to the PROFIBUS Master
- Update the device firmware via USB or Ethernet
