Industrial MBus Wireless to MQTT converter, up to 32 MBus Wireless slaves, housing type B (wide), DIN rail mount. 

HD67931-B2-868MHz-0 allows to publish the data read from MBus meters into a MQTT Server. These gateways allow a fast and easy access to the IoT world and they are compatible with IoT Servers that support MQTT protocol. The MQTT communication can be encrypted using TLS / SSL protocols, ensuring a secure communication. This industrial converter is capable of connecting up to 32 Wireless M-Bus slave devices operating at 868 MHz, offering excellent penetration and stability in dense urban or industrial environments. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a wide power supply input range of 18…35 V DC, it is designed for both indoor and outdoor deployments. The robust housing type B (wide) with DIN rail mounting ensures easy integration into electrical cabinets and industrial control panels. Galvanic isolation between Ethernet and M-Bus enhances system safety and reduces the risk of interference, making it an ideal choice for mission-critical IoT and smart metering applications.

They allow to monitor MBus meters (like SIEMENS, Kamstrup, Maddalena, Sontex, etc.). Converter is easy to configure thanks to free SW67931 software. Compatibility with multiple meter brands enables deployment in mixed-device environments without the need for several gateway types. Using the SW67931 configuration tool, integrators can set up MQTT parameters, Wireless M-Bus communication settings, and map variables for publication. The SMA female antenna connector allows for connection of high-gain or outdoor antennas, extending communication range. Operating at 868 MHz, the device provides better resistance to interference compared to lower frequencies, which is crucial in high-density radio environments. Suitable for smart city infrastructure, energy monitoring, and industrial automation, the gateway ensures reliable and secure data transfer to IoT platforms.
