The INMBSHIT016O000 interface from Intesis enables seamless bidirectional communication between Hitachi VRF air conditioning systems and any Modbus-based automation system such as BMS, SCADA, or PLCs. Supporting up to 16 indoor units, it’s the ideal solution for small to mid-sized commercial HVAC integration.

The gateway connects directly to the outdoor unit’s H-Link communication bus, enabling control and monitoring of each indoor unit in the network. In addition to basic parameters such as temperature, fan speed, and operating mode, the interface provides access to advanced data like alarms and internal unit status, supporting proactive maintenance.

Configuration is performed using Intesis MAPS, a powerful tool that offers intuitive setup, diagnostics, and commissioning. With its auto-discovery scan feature, all indoor units can be detected automatically, greatly reducing installation time. Additional features like live monitoring and error logging simplify maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
