The INMBSPAN016O000 gateway from Intesis has been specially developed to enable seamless bi-directional integration of Panasonic VRF systems – including ECOi, ECOg, and PACi – with Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP networks. It supports up to 16 indoor units and connects directly to the Panasonic communication bus via the CZ-CFUNC2 adaptor.

This industrial-grade interface provides full monitoring and control over core AC functions such as ON/OFF, setpoint, operating mode, fan speed, and error status. It also gives access to several internal variables of the outdoor units, enabling advanced diagnostics and energy efficiency monitoring.

The configuration process is intuitive and flexible thanks to Intesis MAPS software. It offers a powerful user interface for assigning Modbus registers, adjusting communication parameters, and scanning the entire Panasonic network to automatically detect connected indoor units. The diagnostic tools built into MAPS further facilitate commissioning and troubleshooting, minimizing the time required to deploy the solution.

With its support for both Modbus RTU (RS232 and RS485) and Modbus TCP (Ethernet), the gateway ensures wide compatibility with SCADA systems, industrial PLCs, and BMS platforms.
