MСK-107 Pump Station Controller (hereinafter reffered to as the MСK-107, device) is designed to create the process automation systems related to the control and maintainance of the set level of liquids in various containers by controlling the electric motor (motors) of one or two pumps.
The maintainance of the set level of liquids is provided by the controlling:
- built-in load relay – at single-phase motors with capacity up to 1 kW
- coil of magnetic starter (contactor) – at three-phase motor or single-phase engine with capacity of more than 1 kW
The MСK-107 controls the electric motor (motors) of one or two pumps in automatic mode, using one of the built-in algorithms, and manual – by user commands from the front panel or push-button station.
Via RS-232 and RS-485 (MODBUS Protocol) it is possible to set the basic parameters of the MСК-107 operation, as well as remote control of the electric motor (motors).
