Industrial Modbus RTU slave to SNMP agent converter, housing type B, DIN rail mount. 

HD67165 allows you to connect a Modbus Master net (for example a PLC, SCADA System, etc) with a SNMP Manager net (for example a PC, Supervisory System, etc) in order to exchange the informations between the networks. Converter is easy to configure thanks to free SW67165 software. The device works as a transparent translator, providing seamless communication between industrial fieldbus systems and IT-level SNMP-based applications. It’s a perfect tool for integrating automation systems with network management platforms.

Thanks to the SW67165 software on your PC you can:

• Define the parameters of SNMP line
• Define the parameters of Modbus line
• Update the device

The SW67165 configuration tool provides a user-friendly graphical interface to assign Modbus registers to SNMP OIDs. This allows full mapping of Modbus data to be exposed and readable through SNMP protocols. Additionally, the software allows pre-testing the configuration and uploading it via RS232 interface. Configuration can be stored locally for backup or cloned to other units. Thanks to the intuitive interface, the setup process is fast and efficient even for non-experts in SNMP or Modbus.
