The G43 version provides LAN + LTE connectivity, and the E variant adds a built-in eSIM alongside the physical micro-SIM, which makes deployment easier across multiple sites and helps maintain data continuity in remote locations.

Configuration and commissioning

Configuration is done using the Windows software Compositor SW67C27. It allows you to define MQTT parameters, PROFINET line parameters, the list of allowed MQTT clients, MQTT topics published and subscribed from/to PROFINET slaves, the list of topics forwarded via the internal bridge, and device update operations.

Software: SW67C27

The Ethernet port is used for device programming and for MQTT and PROFINET communication. Use at least Category 5E cabling up to 100 m and standard T568 wiring for 100 Mbps links. The LTE antenna connector is SMA Female, so the antenna must have an SMA Male connector, and the physical SIM card type is Micro-Sim. If recovery is needed after a wrong firmware update or configuration issue, the device can be accessed via the default IP address 192.168.2.206 in recovery mode through the webserver.
