HD67053-B2-160 - MBus to PROFIBUS converter, 160 meters

HD67053-B2-160 allow to monitor some MBus meters (like Engelmann, Amber-Wireless, Maddalena, Siemens) with a PROFIBUS net (like an SIEMENES PLC). Converter is easy to install and configure thanks to free SW67053 software.

There is no longer need to consult the manufacturer or analyze the protocol frame from the MBus counter - everything will be handled for you our dedicated software SCAN&DECODE!

To facilitate the installation of already easy-to-use ADFweb MBus converters, the manufacturer has developed dedicated software that automatically scans the MBus and decodes all the registers contained in the telegram. In practice, this means fast installation of converters and trouble-free system setup.

MBus (Meter-Bus) is an European standard for remote reading of wide range of consumption meters. As long as MBus has both physical and application layer in most cases there is a need for external protocol/electrical layer converter to read MBus meter. Converters with MBus interface are used to read the data from gas meters, energy meters, water meters and others.

This series of devices is a protocol converter between PROFIBUS and MBus. They allows to read and write the informations of MBus Slaves devices, on PLC/PC that communicates on PROFIBUS. The converter is Slave at PROFIBUS side and Master at MBus side.
