HD67090-B2-868MHz-80 allow to monitor some MBus Wireless meters (like Engelmann, Amber-Wireless, Maddalena, Siemens, etc.) with a PROFINET net (like a Siemens PLC, etc). Converter is easy to install and configure thanks to free software SW67090.

This advanced MBus Wireless to PROFINET gateway is designed for large-scale metering and automation projects where both wired and wireless M-Bus devices must be integrated into an industrial Ethernet network. The unit supports up to 80 wired MBus devices and 32 wireless MBus slaves, making it an ideal choice for utilities, district heating systems, water management, smart buildings and energy monitoring applications. Seamless connectivity to PROFINET controllers such as Siemens PLCs or SCADA systems ensures real-time data acquisition and efficient management of resources.

The converter operates in the 868 MHz frequency band, widely used in Europe for wireless M-Bus communication. This frequency provides an excellent balance between transmission range and data reliability, allowing communication even in complex urban or industrial environments with obstacles. Support for S1 and T1 communication modes ensures compatibility with a broad range of smart meters and sensors from various manufacturers. New converter functionality - automatic scan of MBus receivers

There is no longer need to consult the manufacturer or analyze the protocol frame from the MBus counter – everything will be handled for you by our dedicated SCAN&DECODE software!

To facilitate commissioning, ADFweb has developed dedicated software that automatically scans the MBus network and decodes all registers contained in the telegrams. This eliminates manual analysis of data frames, reducing installation time and minimizing the risk of configuration errors. During start-up, the device requires a short peak power consumption of 30W, which should be considered when designing large systems.
