Industrial J1939 to MQTT Broker converter with LTE HD67C17-G43-B2.

HD67C17-G43-B2 is an industrial communication converter designed to integrate J1939-based CAN networks with modern IoT platforms, SCADA systems and cloud applications using the MQTT Broker architecture. The device enables reliable data exchange between J1939 CAN buses and Ethernet or LTE communication infrastructures.

The G43 version is equipped with combined LAN and LTE connectivity and supports a physical SIM card, allowing stable data transmission even in locations without permanent wired network access. This makes the converter particularly suitable for mobile applications, special-purpose vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery, as well as distributed industrial systems.

J1939 communication is handled via the CAN interface with data rates up to 1 Mbps, while MQTT communication is performed through the RJ45 Ethernet interface with 10/100 Base-T Autosensing and via the LTE cellular network. Galvanic isolation between Ethernet and the power supply improves resistance to electromagnetic interference and enhances operational safety in harsh industrial environments.

The compact B2 Modulbox enclosure is designed for mounting on a DIN 35 mm rail. The converter supports operation in extreme environmental conditions with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Its compact dimensions 70 × 60 × 95 mm allow installation in space-constrained control cabinets.
