HD67414-E4R Industrial CAN to Modbus TCP Master Converter, IP67

Industrial CAN to Modbus TCP Master converter, metal housing resistant to vibration and shock with triple 4kV isolation between CAN/Modbus TCP Master, CAN/power supply and Modbus TCP Master/power supply, IP67.

Particularly suitable for installation in cars, trucks, trains, boats, in the industrial sector and in fragile environments. The reinforced metal housing provides high mechanical resistance, making the device reliable for mobile and outdoor applications where continuous vibration or shock can compromise standard converters.

Two versions, one with a coating of the PCB (suffix code V) that ensures total protection to the dust (IP65) and another encapsulation-based resin (suffix code R) which gives to device the high performance safety and insulation for wet environments (IP67) and to resist to noise. The HD67414-E4R version ensures complete protection against dust and water ingress, meeting the requirements of industries such as marine, mining, offshore and chemical plants.

This product can be mounted on any type of surface (horizontal, vertical and oblique) with four fixing lugs, also you can choose the type of connector, Mini-Fit® or Superseal 1.5. The flexibility of mounting options allows integration into compact control cabinets as well as large industrial panels. Device in the E4R variant is equipped with Mini-Fit® connectors, ensuring stable electrical connections even under vibration and temperature fluctuations.

Excellent range of temperature resistance from -40°C to +105°C, features required by AUTOMOTIVE. This guarantees stable operation in cold-start conditions as well as high-temperature engine compartments, making it an ideal solution for transport, agriculture machinery, and heavy industry.

• Define the Modbus TCP requests in read/write
• Update and maintain the device firmware
