The HD67414-E4V is an advanced CAN to Modbus TCP Master converter designed for applications that require high reliability and electrical isolation in challenging environments. Thanks to its metal housing resistant to vibration and shock, and triple 4kV galvanic isolation, the device ensures safe data transmission even in noisy industrial or automotive conditions. It is particularly suitable for use in cars, trucks, trains, boats and in industrial sectors exposed to vibrations, mechanical stress and unstable environments. By providing seamless integration between CAN and Modbus TCP Master networks, the converter reduces system complexity and enables efficient data monitoring and control in real time.

Two versions are available: the V version, featuring a PCB coating with IP65 protection against dust and water spray, and the R version, encapsulated in resin, delivering IP67 waterproofing, enhanced insulation and superior noise resistance. This choice allows the device to be installed both in dusty indoor environments and in humid or wet outdoor applications, where high levels of protection are required. Users can also select the type of connectors – Mini-Fit or SuperSeal 1.5 – depending on system requirements, making the HD67414-E4V a flexible solution for many industries.

This product can be mounted on any type of surface (horizontal, vertical, or oblique) with four integrated fixing lugs. Alternatively, metal hose clamps can be used for mounting without lugs, which increases installation flexibility. Combined with its compact size and low weight, the converter is ideal for mobile applications and industrial control cabinets with limited space.

A major advantage of the HD67414-E4V is its extended temperature resistance from -40°C up to +105°C, a requirement in automotive-grade applications. This ensures reliable operation under extreme weather conditions, from freezing cold environments to high-temperature industrial halls or engine compartments. Its integrated microprocessor for data control further guarantees stability and efficiency in demanding automation systems.
