The HD67424-E4V converter provides reliable and efficient CANopen to Modbus TCP Master communication, enabling seamless data exchange between heterogeneous industrial networks. Thanks to its rugged metal housing, resistant to vibration and shock, and its triple 4kV galvanic isolation, the device guarantees stable operation even in the most demanding conditions. It is particularly suitable for installation in automotive environments such as cars, trucks, trains and boats, but also in the wider industrial automation sector where harsh environments can affect conventional electronics. The high insulation level ensures protection against electrical noise and surges, making the converter ideal for fragile or noisy environments. Configuration and diagnostics are simplified via the dedicated free SW67424 software, enabling quick deployment and reducing integration time.

Two product versions are available: one with PCB coating (suffix code V), providing total protection against dust with IP65 compliance, and another with resin encapsulation (suffix code R), delivering high-performance safety, IP67 waterproof protection and increased resistance to electrical noise. This flexibility allows customers to select the appropriate model depending on their working environment – from dusty workshops to marine or outdoor applications with exposure to humidity and vibrations.

The converter can be easily mounted on any type of surface – horizontal, vertical or oblique – using four integrated fixing lugs. In addition, customers can choose between different connector types, such as Mini-Fit or SuperSeal 1.5, depending on system integration needs. This ensures maximum installation flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of industrial and automotive applications.

Another key advantage is the wide temperature resistance, ranging from -40°C up to +105°C. Such performance is a fundamental requirement for the automotive industry, where devices are often exposed to extreme outdoor conditions, high engine bay temperatures or freezing climates. This makes the HD67424-E4V suitable not only for standard automation but also for critical environments requiring extended reliability.
