The HD67425-E7V is a rugged CANopen to Modbus TCP Slave converter designed for industrial and automotive environments where stable communication and durability are essential. Its metal housing protects the electronics against vibration, shock and harsh mechanical stress, while the triple 4kV galvanic isolation provides maximum safety between CANopen, Modbus TCP and the power supply. This ensures uninterrupted and secure data exchange even in electrically noisy or mechanically demanding environments, such as cars, trucks, trains, marine applications and heavy industry.

The device is available in two protection versions: V version with IP65 protection, dust-tight and resistant to water jets, and R version with IP67 protection, providing full waterproofing and resin encapsulation for higher insulation and noise resistance. With the option to use SuperSeal 1.5 connectors, the converter guarantees reliable, sealed connections even in harsh outdoor environments or vehicles exposed to extreme conditions.

Thanks to its compact size and flexible installation options, the HD67425-E7V can be mounted on horizontal, vertical or inclined surfaces using four fixing lugs. Alternatively, metal hose clamps can be used for quick attachment without lugs. The wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C makes the converter compliant with AUTOMOTIVE standards, ensuring reliable performance in engine compartments, outdoor cabinets and industrial automation systems. Lightweight (approx. 200 g) and durable, the device offers long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
