HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 – BACnet IP Master and HTTP/REST Client integration with SIM LTE.
HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 is an industrial BACnet IP Master / HTTP/REST Client converter by ADFweb, designed to integrate building and industrial automation systems based on BACnet IP with applications, servers and platforms communicating through HTTP/REST. On the BACnet side, the device operates as a BACnet IP Master, allowing it to exchange data with BACnet IP devices in an Ethernet network. On the web communication side, the converter works as an HTTP/REST Client, enabling data to be sent to external servers, IIoT applications, reporting systems or higher-level platforms using REST architecture. The HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 variant is equipped with LAN + SIM LTE connectivity, so it can operate both in a local Ethernet network and in installations requiring cellular transmission. This model does not include eSIM or VPN service, so it is intended for applications where an RJ45 port and a physical SIM LTE card are sufficient.
BACnet IP Master / HTTP/REST Client converter with LAN + SIM LTE connectivity
HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 enables BACnet IP communication to be connected with systems using data exchange through HTTP/REST. In practice, this means that data from building automation devices, such as HVAC controllers, regulators, meters, I/O modules, BMS systems or other devices operating in a BACnet IP network, can be collected and transferred to a web-based environment. The converter can act as an intermediate communication element between the automation layer and a higher-level application that receives data through HTTP/REST requests or messages. This solution is useful when modernizing existing installations where BACnet data must be used by a web system, analytics tool, reporting platform or IIoT solution. The presence of SIM LTE increases deployment flexibility in distributed facilities, field installations and telemetry cabinets. As a result, HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 can simplify the communication architecture in installations where a classic building automation protocol must be connected with a modern HTTP/REST interface.
Ethernet RJ45, BACnet IP, HTTP/REST Client and LTE module
The HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 uses 1 Ethernet RJ45 port for BACnet IP communication, HTTP/REST communication and device configuration. The Ethernet interface supports 10/100 Base-T Autosensing, allowing integration with typical technical networks used in building and industrial automation. On the BACnet side, the device operates as a BACnet IP Master, while on the web side it operates as an HTTP/REST Client. The G43 version uses an LTE module and a physical Micro-SIM card, while the antenna connector is SMA Female. This is important during installation design, because signal conditions, antenna selection and device mounting inside a cabinet or field enclosure should be considered. The converter also provides electrical isolation between Ethernet and Power Supply, improving stability in industrial environments and reducing the influence of disturbances between the communication section and the power section.
BACnet IP data mapping to HTTP/REST communication
An important function of the HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 is the ability to prepare data exchange between objects on the BACnet IP side and the HTTP/REST communication structure. In a typical application, the converter can collect values from BACnet IP devices and then transfer them to an HTTP/REST server in the format required by the higher-level application. Such data may include temperatures, humidity, device operating states, alarms, counter values, controller statuses, input module signals or parameters used by a BMS system. On the HTTP/REST Client side, the device can work with data prepared for a specific payload structure, helping adapt communication to the requirements of the receiving system. This is particularly important in projects where building automation must be connected to a cloud platform, reporting application, maintenance system or custom customer software. As a result, HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 helps organize communication between the BACnet IP world and the application layer using HTTP/REST.

Configuration and diagnostics
The HD67G13-IP-G43-B2 converter is configured using SW67G13 software. The program allows the user to prepare communication parameters on the BACnet IP Master side and on the HTTP/REST Client side, and then upload the configuration to the device. This allows the user to define how data is exchanged between the BACnet IP network and the system receiving data through HTTP/REST. The software is intended to run in an MS Windows environment. ADFweb diagnostic tools can be used to find the device in the network and check its IP address. This approach simplifies gateway commissioning in automation cabinets, Ethernet communication testing and later service support of the installation.
ADFweb provides technical support for its devices and access to documentation and configuration tools for the corresponding product family. The product is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, and service procedures are handled according to ADFweb support and return policy.
