INMBSMEB0100000 – M-Bus to Modbus Gateway for 250 points and 10 devices. 

The INMBSMEB0100000 is a professional-grade M-Bus to Modbus RTU/TCP gateway developed by Intesis, offering seamless integration of up to 10 M-Bus meters and exposing up to 250 Modbus data points to supervisory systems like BMS, SCADA, or PLCs operating as Modbus Masters.

The gateway operates as a Modbus slave device while acting as an M-Bus master toward the meters. It collects, decodes, and maps M-Bus meter data into Modbus registers. This architecture enables a complete and transparent data exchange between the two protocols and transforms meters into native Modbus elements accessible for monitoring and control.

The device includes a broad set of communication ports: Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) with status LEDs, RS232, RS485, and a dedicated orange screw terminal for M-Bus with built-in power supply (36VDC/210mA). Port isolation (1500VDC) ensures protection and reliable operation in demanding environments. A USB Type-A port is available for firmware upgrades via flash drive, while the Mini USB Type-B console allows fast and secure configuration.

The gateway also features DIP switches for RS485 line termination and polarization settings. Diagnostic LEDs provide feedback for power status, port communication, and push button activity. Designed for flexibility and industrial-grade reliability, the gateway can be mounted on a wall or a DIN rail (EN60715 TH35).
