Industrial CAN to Modbus TCP Slave converter, metal housing resistant to vibration and shock with triple 4kV isolation between CAN/Modbus TCP Slave, CAN/power supply and Modbus TCP Slave/power supply.

The HD67415-E4V is a high-performance CAN to Modbus TCP Slave converter designed for demanding industrial and automotive environments. Its rugged metal housing ensures resistance against vibrations and shocks, while the triple 4kV galvanic isolation guarantees maximum protection between the CAN, Modbus TCP and power supply lines. This makes it particularly suitable for installation in cars, trucks, trains, boats and in industrial automation systems where devices are exposed to harsh mechanical and electrical conditions. By bridging CAN and Modbus TCP networks, the converter improves data flow, simplifies integration and reduces the risk of communication failures.

The device is available in two different protection classes: the V version with IP65 protection, which ensures dust-tightness and resistance to water jets, and the R version with IP67 encapsulation, offering complete waterproofing and enhanced insulation. Thanks to these options, the HD67415-E4V can be deployed both in dusty indoor facilities and in humid or outdoor environments where high resistance to water, chemicals or EMC noise is required. Users can also select between Mini-Fit® or SuperSeal 1.5 connectors, which provide flexibility and secure integration with existing systems.

The converter can be mounted on any surface orientation – horizontal, vertical, or oblique – using the four integrated fixing lugs. Alternatively, it can also be installed using metal hose clamps, making it possible to fix the unit even without lugs, which is useful in tight industrial spaces. With an operating temperature range from -40°C up to +105°C, the device is designed for automotive-grade environments, ensuring stable performance in freezing cold conditions as well as in hot industrial facilities or engine compartments.
