The HD67603-232-A1 is an advanced protocol converter designed to enable communication between a PROFINET network (such as those based on SIEMENS PLCs) and a Modbus RTU Master via an RS-232 port. The device supports bi-directional data exchange and offers enhanced communication capabilities with high reliability. It is ideal for industrial automation applications where devices from different protocol environments need to interact seamlessly.
Its slim DIN-rail housing (type A) allows for easy integration in control cabinets with limited space. The converter supports up to 1440 bytes of data for both read and write operations, ensuring it can handle large volumes of process data.
