Features and functions of Samsung Modbus communication modules

Communication modules allow one Samsung air conditioner unit to be connected to a gateway at a time. Samsung Modbus modules can be serialised in a Modbus RTU (RS-485) network, allowing them to be integrated into a wide area network of up to 63 units. Configuration of these modules is via DIP switches or Modbus RTU protocol, providing flexibility in customising settings. The modules are compatible with the air-conditioning remote control for easy management. All units are internally powered, equipped with 1500 VDC insulation and can be both wall-mounted and DIN-rail (TH35) mounted for versatility and simple installation in a variety of environments.
