Industrial Modbus TCP to PROFIBUS converters
In this section of our shop you will find converters from the Modbus TCP interface to PROFIBUS. Modbus TCP is a communication bus used in industrial and building automation and in factories for, among other things, communication with controllers, control systems, air conditioning, heating, BMS and many others. The converters allow the integration of Modbus TCP devices into a PROFIBUS network (e.g. PLCs or robots).

Each Modbus TCP to PROFIBUS converter in our range is easy to mount on a DIN rail, resistant to electromagnetic interference and can be installed in environments with a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. The industrial characteristics of the converters allow them to be installed in outdoor boxes exposed to frost and inside control cabinets and machines that reach very high operating temperatures.
Our Modbus TCP to PROFIBUS converters are devices adapted to work in diverse industrial conditions. A wide power supply range of 12-35VDC or 24VAC battery power, together with triple opto-isolation of up to 4kV, allows free installation in demanding applications. The converters are designed to support connectors such as PROFIBUS (screw connector) and Ethernet to RJ45.
Thanks to the free software included with each device, the converters are very easy to configure and do not require any additional licences. The software allows the automatic generation of a GSD file that can be imported into the Profibus network. The only limitation of the converter in the number of mapped variables is its memory, which, depending on the model, allows, for example, up to 244 bytes in read and write. Selected models support the Profibus protocol version DPV0 or DPV1.
