Operating principle

RelAir-R2M-PROX receives telegrams from Wireless M-Bus meters and stores the latest valid data. The collected information is then made available both on the standard wired M-Bus and through the Ethernet interface, enabling seamless integration with IT systems, BMS platforms, SCADA solutions and billing software.

Configuration and management

Device configuration is performed using the dedicated RelAirConf software. The tool allows management of device whitelists, encryption keys, Wireless M-Bus reception modes and radio diagnostics such as RSSI level and time since last received telegram. Configuration can be carried out via USB, the M-Bus interface or Ethernet.

Power supply and enclosure

RelAir-R2M-PROX does not require an external power supply. It can be powered directly from the M-Bus line or via the USB interface. The device is housed in a robust industrial enclosure, suitable for wall mounting in technical rooms and demanding installation environments.
