The INMBSKNX1K20000 gateway from Intesis enables reliable and seamless bidirectional integration between KNX TP devices and Modbus RTU or TCP-based systems. Whether you are using a BMS, SCADA, PLC, or any Modbus-compatible controller, this device allows you to read and write to KNX communication objects as if they were native Modbus registers, and vice versa.
Thanks to its ability to handle up to 1200 Modbus data points and support simultaneous communication with 5 Modbus TCP clients, the INMBSKNX1K20000 is ideal for large-scale projects. It features both Modbus RTU (RS232/RS485) and Modbus TCP (Ethernet) ports, working together concurrently for maximum connectivity flexibility. On the KNX side, the interface includes an opto-isolated TP1 port for stable operation in demanding environments.
The configuration process is quick and user-friendly via the powerful Intesis MAPS software, which offers project templates, import/export options, and intuitive setup tools for mapping and commissioning. With certifications including CE and UL, this product is ready for industrial deployment worldwide.
