The HD67425-E4R is an advanced converter designed for seamless integration of CANopen networks with Modbus TCP Slave devices. Built with a robust metal enclosure, it provides outstanding resistance to shock, vibration and mechanical stress, making it ideal for demanding industrial and automotive environments. The device incorporates triple 4kV galvanic isolation between power supply, CANopen and Modbus TCP Slave, ensuring maximum safety and data integrity in installations exposed to strong electrical noise.

Two protection variants are available: version V with IP65 protection and version R with IP67 encapsulation. The HD67425-E4R features the higher IP67 sealing, making it completely resistant to dust, water, humidity, and industrial contaminants. Thanks to this level of protection and the use of Mini-Fit® connectors, the device is especially recommended for marine applications, outdoor installations, chemical plants and environments exposed to moisture and dirt.

The converter can be mounted on horizontal, vertical or oblique surfaces using four fixing lugs, or alternatively secured with metal hose clamps. This installation flexibility ensures compatibility with a wide range of cabinet and vehicle mounting systems. Its extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C makes it fully suitable for AUTOMOTIVE and heavy-duty industries, guaranteeing stable operation under severe temperature fluctuations and rugged outdoor conditions.
