Industrial PROFIBUS converters
This category includes converters communicating in the PROFIBUS standard. The PROFIBUS communication protocol is used in industrial automation, among others, for communication with decentralized I/O devices. PROFIBUS is a universal industrial protocol that characterizes fast data transfer. The communication takes place in master/slave mode, and the protocol itself is available in two versions: PROFIBUS DP and PROFIBUS PA. The standard is often used, among others in production plants.
