INBACLON2500000 is a high-performance industrial gateway from the Intesis BACnet Server – LonWorks series, designed to integrate LonWorks FT-10 networks with building automation systems based on BACnet/IP or BACnet MSTP. The device acts as a BACnet Server, allowing reading, writing, and COV subscription of data from the LON network, which is mapped into BACnet objects. It ensures full interoperability between legacy LonWorks installations and modern BACnet-based BMS and SCADA platforms, enabling seamless modernization without hardware replacement. Supporting up to 250 BACnet points and 5000 COV subscriptions, this gateway is ideal for large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

The gateway operates as a LonWorks client, continuously reading Network Variables (NVs) from FT-10 devices and automatically mapping them into BACnet objects on the IP or RS-485 side. Each LON variable is uniquely identified and mapped to its corresponding BACnet object (Analog, Binary, or Multistate), ensuring transparent data exchange and simplified diagnostics. In case of communication errors, the gateway generates alarm statuses and fault codes accessible from the BACnet side. With full support for BACnet B-BC (Building Controller) object profiles, it can seamlessly communicate with HVAC controllers, lighting systems, and energy management platforms.

INBACLON2500000 has been designed for maximum configuration flexibility. Using Intesis MAPS software, users can import or export projects, monitor communication in real time, perform connectivity tests, and analyze object values. Intesis MAPS also enables automatic generation of BACnet object structures based on detected LON devices, significantly reducing setup time. The gateway supports both DHCP and static IP addressing and can communicate simultaneously via Ethernet (BACnet/IP) and RS-485 (BACnet MSTP). Integrated 1500 VDC galvanic isolation provides protection against surges and electrical interference, ensuring robust operation in industrial environments.

The ABS enclosure (UL94 V-0) with dimensions 90 × 88 × 56 mm allows for DIN EN60715 TH35 rail or wall mounting. The unit operates from 9–36 VDC or 24 VAC ±10% with low power consumption (approx. 140 mA DC / 127 mA AC). LED indicators display power, LON, BACnet, and Ethernet communication status, making installation and troubleshooting easy. A DIP switch allows quick configuration of RS-485 bus termination and polarization. Certified for CE, UL, RoHS, and WEEE, the gateway meets international standards for safety, performance, and reliability.
