INBACLON6000000 is the most advanced model in the Intesis BACnet Server – LonWorks series developed by HMS Networks, designed for large-scale integration between LonWorks FT-10 and BACnet/IP or BACnet MSTP systems. Acting as a BACnet Server, it enables full bidirectional data exchange between both protocols, including read/write access and COV subscription management. With support for up to 600 BACnet points and 12000 COV subscriptions, the gateway is ideal for extensive building automation, energy monitoring, and industrial control networks. It provides a reliable bridge for integrators and engineers who need to connect legacy LonWorks infrastructures with modern BACnet-based management systems.

The device operates as a LON client, continuously reading Network Variables (NVs) from FT-10 devices and mapping them to BACnet objects on the IP or MSTP side. Each data point can be freely linked to any BACnet object type — Analog Input, Binary Output, Multistate Value, Trend Log, etc. — allowing full flexibility and customization of data mapping. In case of communication loss or device timeout, the gateway generates BACnet alarms or fault notifications, ensuring fast error detection and corrective action. The gateway is fully compliant with the BACnet B-BC (Building Controller) device profile, enabling seamless interoperability with leading BMS, HVAC, lighting, and energy control systems.

Configuration is performed via the Intesis MAPS software, offering an intuitive interface for creating mappings, importing and exporting projects, and real-time monitoring. The platform automatically detects LonWorks nodes and builds the corresponding BACnet object structure, which drastically reduces setup time. Diagnostic tools in MAPS provide packet-level monitoring, variable tracking, and communication logs for in-depth troubleshooting. The device supports both DHCP and static IP addressing and can run simultaneously over Ethernet (BACnet/IP) and RS-485 (BACnet MSTP) networks. A built-in 1500 VDC galvanic isolation ensures signal integrity and long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments.

The INBACLON6000000 is housed in a compact and robust ABS UL94 V-0 industrial enclosure with dimensions of 90 × 88 × 56 mm, designed for DIN rail (EN60715 TH35) or wall mounting. Power supply options include 9–36 VDC or 24 VAC ±10%, with a maximum consumption of 140 mA DC / 127 mA AC. LED indicators clearly display status for power, BACnet communication, Ethernet activity, and LonWorks transmission, simplifying on-site diagnostics. DIP switches are available for configuring RS-485 termination and bias settings. Full compliance with BACnet Revision 14 and LonWorks FT-10 ensures interoperability with major automation platforms worldwide.
