INMBSKNX2500000 – Industrial KNX to Modbus RTU/TCP Gateway with Support for 250 Data Points
The INMBSKNX2500000 gateway enables reliable and bidirectional integration between KNX TP installations and Modbus RTU or TCP networks. Designed for small and medium-sized building automation projects, it allows control systems using Modbus to read and write values directly from KNX devices and vice versa—making them act as if part of the same system.
Supporting up to 250 data points and operating simultaneously with both Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP protocols, the device allows connection to a variety of SCADA systems, BMS platforms, and PLCs. Thanks to support for up to 5 concurrent Modbus TCP clients, it ensures smooth performance in multi-client environments.
The unit is configured using the Intesis MAPS tool, which simplifies integration by offering ready-made templates, graphical mapping, and flexible import/export options. The device also offers robust communication stability through its opto-isolated KNX TP1 port and reliable serial and Ethernet interfaces.
