Particularly suitable for installation in cars, trucks, trains, boats, in the industrial sector and in fragile environments. Thanks to its rugged metal housing and reinforced isolation, the converter ensures stable operation even under mechanical stress and in areas exposed to strong vibrations or electromagnetic noise.

Two versions are available: one with a PCB coating (suffix V) that guarantees IP65 dust protection, and another with an encapsulation-based resin (suffix R) providing IP67 safety. The HD67415-E4R variant delivers total resistance to dust, water and humidity, making it reliable for outdoor use, marine systems, and environments with chemical exposure. The unit uses Mini-Fit® connectors to ensure compact, secure and service-friendly wiring.

This product can be mounted on any type of surface (horizontal, vertical and oblique) using four integrated fixing lugs. Additionally, it supports mounting with metal hose clamps for extra flexibility in confined spaces or mobile platforms. The wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C ensures safe use in automotive, railway, and heavy industrial environments.
