The HD67426-E7V is a rugged and compact converter designed to connect CANopen networks with PROFIBUS DP Master systems. Built for demanding industrial and vehicular environments, this device supports DPV0 protocol and ensures seamless communication between heterogeneous systems. It is ideal for applications requiring real-time data exchange, robust insulation, and long-term reliability, such as automation in vehicles, trains, vessels, and heavy-duty machinery. Equipped with triple 4kV isolation between power supply, CANopen, and PROFIBUS lines, the converter ensures safe and interference-free communication in harsh electromagnetic environments. Its metal enclosure provides high resistance against shocks, vibrations, and dust, while two different versions are available to suit environmental protection requirements: V version with PCB coating for IP65, and R version with resin encapsulation for IP67-rated sealing and superior moisture resistance. Thanks to its operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, the HD67426-E7V meets the stringent conditions of the AUTOMOTIVE sector and other industries where thermal extremes are standard. It can be installed on various surfaces (horizontal, vertical, angled) using four integrated fixing lugs, or via metal hose clamps for flexible mounting without lugs. Connector types are selectable between Mini-Fit and AMP SuperSeal 1.5 to meet different application needs.

With transmission speeds of up to 1 Mbps for CANopen and 6 Mbps for PROFIBUS, this converter ensures fast and deterministic data handling. Internally, a powerful microprocessor manages protocol translation, enabling efficient and synchronized data flow. The use of D-SUB9 female connectors for PROFIBUS ensures compatibility with standard industrial cabling. Configuration is performed using the SW67426 software, available free of charge. This PC-based tool allows integrators to set all relevant communication parameters, assign PROFIBUS network topology, and map frame data between CANopen and PROFIBUS. The intuitive interface simplifies commissioning even in complex systems, while offering full control over frame structure and data payloads. The device is designed for integration in compact enclosures, control cabinets, or on-board electronic systems. With several mechanical versions available (A, B, C), users can select dimensions that best fit their space constraints.
