Industrial MBus Wireless to PROFINET Converter, housing type B (wide), DIN rail mount. Support up to 250 MBus slaves and up to 32 MBus wireless slaves, wMBus @ 433MHz, S1&T1 supported.

HD67090-B2-433MHz-250 allow to monitor some MBus Wireless meters (like Engelmann, Amber-Wireless, Maddalena, Siemens, etc.) with a PROFINET net (like a Siemens PLC, etc). Converter is easy to install and configure thanks to free software SW67090.

This gateway is designed to support up to 250 wired M-Bus devices together with 32 wireless M-Bus slaves, making it one of the most powerful converters in the HD67090-B2 family. It is particularly suited for large-scale energy monitoring infrastructures, building management systems (BMS), smart metering projects, district heating, water distribution networks and other industrial environments where reliable data acquisition from hundreds of devices is essential.

Operating on the 433 MHz frequency band with support for S1 and T1 communication modes, the device ensures compatibility with the majority of wireless M-Bus meters available on the market. Thanks to its robust design and wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), the converter is highly reliable even in harsh industrial environments. The housing type B (wide) combined with DIN rail mounting provides flexibility and ease of installation in control panels.

New converter functionality - automatic scan of MBus receivers

There is no longer need to consult the manufacturer or analyze the protocol frame from the MBus counter – everything will be handled for you by our dedicated SCAN&DECODE software!

With automatic MBus bus scanning and real-time decoding of registers from telegrams, the setup process is significantly simplified. This guarantees quick commissioning of the converter and ensures stable operation in complex installations. The 30W inrush power consumption at start-up ensures that even under full load with hundreds of devices, the converter starts reliably.

SCAN&DECODE - quick manual

We have also provided a short manual for this functionality, which is available for download at the CONSTEEL Electronics documentation section .
