The HD67565M is a robust industrial communication gateway that enables seamless integration between a PROFIBUS master (such as a Siemens PLC) and a Modbus TCP master (for example a PLC or SCADA system). Designed for high reliability, it supports PROFIBUS DP DPV0 and allows up to 244 bytes of data in both reading and writing, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange in complex automation environments.

With its wide housing (type B) and DIN rail mounting capability, the device is ideal for installation in industrial cabinets where space is available but robust build is required. The wide housing allows improved thermal management and easier access to connectors during maintenance. The unit is fully operational within a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for harsh environments such as outdoor installations, heavy industry, and transport applications.

The converter is equipped with electrical isolation between the PROFIBUS and Modbus TCP networks, preventing ground loops and protecting sensitive equipment from voltage spikes or interference. • Configure PROFIBUS settings (station address, baud rate up to 12 Mbps)
• Assign specific Modbus registers to PROFIBUS data arrays
• Generate the GSD file for PLC integration
• Update the device firmware to the latest version

This ensures maximum flexibility for system integrators and reduces commissioning time.
