HD67931-B2-169MHz-0 allows to publish the data read from MBus meters into a MQTT Server. These gateways allow a fast and easy access to the IoT world and they are compatible with IoT Servers that support MQTT protocol. The MQTT communication can be encrypted using TLS / SSL protocols, ensuring a secure communication. This industrial-grade converter is designed to handle up to 32 Wireless M-Bus slave devices operating at 169 MHz, ensuring reliable long-range data transmission. Thanks to its wide power supply range (18…35 V DC) and extended operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C, it can be deployed in demanding industrial environments without performance degradation. The device supports secure TLS/SSL encryption, making it suitable for applications where data integrity and confidentiality are essential, such as smart metering, building automation, and remote monitoring systems. The DIN rail mounting and compact housing type B (wide) facilitate easy installation in control cabinets alongside other automation components. They allow to monitor MBus meters (like SIEMENS, Kamstrup, Maddalena, Sontex, etc.). Converter is easy to configure thanks to free SW67931 software. The configuration process is straightforward — using the SW67931 software, integrators can define MQTT server parameters, set up Wireless M-Bus communication settings, and map specific variables to be published. This simplifies integration into smart city infrastructures, industrial plants, and large-scale metering deployments. The device's compatibility with multiple meter brands ensures that it can be integrated into mixed-equipment environments, reducing the need for multiple gateway types. In addition, the converter supports electrical isolation between Ethernet and M-Bus, enhancing system safety and reducing the risk of communication errors caused by ground loops or electrical interference.
