The HD67C12-G43-E-VPN-B2 is an advanced industrial converter designed for secure integration of lighting systems based on the DALI protocol with modern IoT and BMS platforms using MQTT. The device operates as an embedded MQTT Broker and includes an integrated VPN service, ensuring encrypted and reliable remote data transmission.

The G43-E-VPN version offers LTE connectivity with support for both a physical SIM card and an integrated eSIM. This configuration provides high availability and communication redundancy, even in locations without permanent wired Ethernet infrastructure. The built-in VPN service creates a secure communication tunnel between DALI installations and cloud platforms, BMS systems or supervisory applications.

The DALI interface is implemented via a 2-way 5 mm screw terminal block and operates at a data rate of 1200 bps, fully compliant with the DALI standard. On the network side, the converter provides 10/100 Base-T Autosensing communication through the RJ45 Ethernet port as well as data transmission over LTE.

Galvanic isolation between the Ethernet interface and the power supply improves resistance to electrical disturbances and increases operational safety in industrial environments. The compact B2 Modulbox enclosure allows fast installation on a DIN 35 mm rail.

The device is designed for operation in harsh conditions, offering a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Compact dimensions of 70 × 60 × 95 mm allow installation in space-limited control cabinets.
